Chris possesses over 22 years of Corporate Banking experience with NAB, Bankwest & CBA in Business Development and Relationship Management roles where he was responsible for delivering high valued clients a range of financial products and services including debt and investment advisory, cashflow management, wealth creation and risk management strategies. 

Chris has worked on both sides of the transaction having participated in numerous projects which gives him a deeper understanding and knowledge of deal structuring, complex credit and risk analysis, financial modelling and project management.

 Paul brings over 22 years’ experience in project and property finance, development and commercial structuring to Fincierge.  Prior to co-founding Fincierge five years ago, as executive director with Brunswick Group , Plenary Group and ABN Amro, Paul developed a long and proven track record of advising and partnering with clients at all levels to deliver “win-win” financing solutions. 

Paul has extensive experience in managing all types of developments from start to finish as principal, from multi-unit residential projects to large scale public infrastructure up to $1.4 billion in project value.  Prior to moving into investment banking in 2001, Paul was involved in the electricity sector, establishing competitive markets and providing energy trading training to participants in various jurisdictions including Queensland, South Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.

Steven brings over 28 years’ financial services experience to Fincierge, developed through a variety of technical, management and executive leadership roles at the Queensland Treasury Corporation, including five years as the organisation’s Chief Operating Officer. 

Built on a foundation of applying well developed quantitative skills and financial services expertise, Steven has the rare combination of being able to understand both the business strategy and the technical detail to deliver successful outcomes. 

With a focus, throughout his career, on understanding the client’s business, objectives and needs, Steven has led the development and implementation of innovative financial products and risk management solutions for his clients.

David joined Fincierge from a varied banking and credit background, having spent nearly a decade working in corporate banking roles in London, followed by a founding management role developing and growing a successful social enterprise operating in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Immediately prior to joining Fincierge, David was the Head of Credit for SunFunder, a specialist lender for African solar businesses, operating out of Kenya.  Through these roles David brings strong fundamental credit understanding, excellent financial modelling skills and a healthy dose of common sense to his deals.

Regan has well over a decade of commercial banking experience, having worked for CBA, ANZ and Bankwest across their corporate, commercial and small business segments.  After completing a master’s degree in business (finance) he joined an importing and distribution company as their financial officer before moving into corporate banking where he serviced both the consumer and commercial borrowing requirements of his clients. During this time, Regan managed businesses in over 50 industries and provided a wide range of lending solutions from simple residential home loans to merger and acquisition finance. 

Regan has owned and operated multiple businesses so appreciates the ongoing challenges that business owners face, what they should expect from a credit provider, and how to find the right lender and product for their specific needs. 

Having moved into the finance broking industry over 4 years ago, Regan now enjoys the freedom of being a true solutions-based service provider, unbound by a single banks policies and risk appetite.  With significant experience in both consumer and commercial lending, Regan can provide an effective solution no matter how big or small a clients borrowing needs may be. 

Kelly brings over 15 years’ experience in the finance industry having worked for Barclays Private Bank and Henderson Global Investors in the United Kingdom in compliance and funds administration roles, as well as the Australian Securities Exchange in Sydney as a Risk Analyst for nearly a decade.  

Most recently Kelly has completed a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking and has worked for BMW Financial Services as a Business and Retention Manager.   Kelly brings strong analytical skills to Fincerige as well as a passion for customer service. 

John has over 17 years’ experience at an executive level of Private Institutional and Mid-Tier Corporate Advisory in Property Development and Real Estate Structured Finance, Non-Executive Management, Trade Sale of Enterprise, Transaction Principal and as Lead arranger for individual enterprises and syndicates.

John holds an undergraduate level degree in Commerce (Finance), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Investment and Corporate Finance via the Finance Institute of Australasia and has completed selected course work in a Masters of Corporate Finance and Securitisation.

John’s focus is on developing key long-term relationships, providing quality services, and maintaining mutually profitable relationships with all stake holders, as well as maintaining and delivering profitable outcomes and compelling return on equity.

With development and finance relationships throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, John has access to a wide range of private capital markets and brings a wealth of practical knowledge and experience.
