Also as a Property Developer at Aqui Property Group, Chris has worked on both sides of the transaction which gives him a deeper understanding and knowledge of deal structuring, complex credit and risk analysis, financial modelling and project management.
Paul BellPaul brings over 18 years experience in project finance and commercial structuring to Fincierge. Through his time as executive director with Brunswick Group , Plenary Group and ABN Amro, Paul has developed a long and proven track record of advising and partnering with clients at all levels to deliver “win-win” financing solutions.
Paul has extensive experience in managing all types of developments from start to finish as principal, from multi-unit residential projects to large scale public infrastructure. Prior to moving into investment banking, Paul was involved in the electricity sector, establishing competitive markets and providing energy trading training to participants in various jurisdictions including Queensland, South Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.
Steven brings over 25 years’ financial services experience to Fincierge, developed through a variety of technical, management and executive leadership roles at the Queensland Treasury Corporation, including five years as the organisation’s Chief Operating Officer.
Built on a foundation of applying well developed quantitative skills and financial services expertise, Steven has the rare combination of being able to understand both the business strategy and the technical detail to deliver successful outcomes.
